goodreads

At the Edge of the UniverseTommy and Ozzie have been best friends since second grade, and boyfriends since eighth. They spent countless days dreaming of escaping their small town—and then Tommy vanished.

More accurately, he ceased to exist, erased from the minds and memories of everyone who knew him. Everyone except Ozzie.

Ozzie doesn’t know how to navigate life without Tommy, and soon suspects that something else is going on: that the universe is shrinking.

When Ozzie is paired up with new student Calvin on a physics project, he begins to wonder if Calvin could somehow be involved. But the more time they spend together, the harder it is for him to deny the feelings developing between them, even if he still loves Tommy.

But Ozzie knows there isn’t much time left to find Tommy–that once the door closes, it can’t be opened again. And he’s determined to keep it open as long as possible.

Why I’m Waiting

Shaun David Hutchinson is one of my all time favorite contemporary YA writers. His book We Are the Ants was one of the best books I have ever read. It comes at no surprise that I am equally anticipating this one!

P.S. Shaun David Hutchinson is the author The Five Stages of Andrew Brawley, We Are the Ants, and many more~

What has you guys waiting this week? Let me know down below!

  1. Sadly Shaun David Hutchinson is yet another author who’s work I’ve yet to read. I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about We Are the Ants so I’ll be sure to add both these books to my reading list. 🙂

  2. This is the book I’ve been waiting for this year since I got into Hutchinson’s works last year! But, I’m kind of on the fence of reading this one. Do I want to be emotionally wrecked and read it or die from anticipation by not reading it and my curiosity kills me instead? Hmmm… LOL
